Wonderful surprise!

It was my first time with Modakawa and I am not disappointed. The clothing's quality is really good and the option in clothes is big. I also really loved that you can know where your package is while being on the way.

They ship well and the product quality…

They ship well and the product quality is good only thing is my hoodie string was stuck in the zipper but I got it out, I would but here again

very cute design

It's my second time to order from this website. The quality is good, clothes are soft, colors are matched with the pictures, and the size is true to the description. Also the service is good. It just takes time to wait for the order, overall, very satisfied.

I odered mine about over a month ago

I odered mine about over a month ago, and somehow the transit just stop, there are no more progress since 15-12-2020. Im pretty worry right now since the bill is quite a amount of money to me

Edit: Communication was settled and was very satisfied with that, was even offered a discount for the troubles, still waiting on delivery but will update when items arrive thank you.
I have ordered over $100 worth of items from Modakawa as a gift for my girlfriend but I am slowly starting to worry that it will never arrive. I still want to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s going on 9 days without a shipping confirmation email. I am quite patient so I just need the communication to improve and I will gladly continue to use this store. I hope eventually the transparency could improve and communication with customers could be a priority for this website. I also ordered over $100 worth of items from Shein.com and I have received the confirmation order and excellent communication which makes me feel more inclined to shop with them later on. I hope Modakawa can overcome these negatives and begin to obtain a better reputation. Thank you.

Modakawa rebuilt my entire wardrobe.

I was skeptical, so for my first purchase I bought a pair of shoes for my sisters birthday. Understandingly they took a while to arrive because they were shipping from overseas, but it was worth it.
On a more personal note I have never bought clothes for myself before. I recently took on a job and decided that I was going to replace everything I had.
I trusted Modakawa with all of my hard earned money to find a new way of expressing myself. They have been incredibly professional, tracked all of my packages from point A to point B, and most importantly provided me with a wide selection of the cutest clothing I have ever seen.
Additionally I read several reviews of concerned individuals about the quality of the clothing. Personally I have not run into any issues, but if you're still genuinely concerned I would advise you to just buy anything that looks like it would survive the wash. A lot of their stuff requires special care! Hopes this helps :)

I placed order #MK25782 on July 11th

I placed order #MK25782 on July 11th, and received a confirmation message that it would ship in 2 to 5 days, and an email would be sent to me.
This is July 25th, and I have not heard anything from Modakawa. I sent an email to their service@modakawa address, and received a reply all in Japanese.
I tried a translator to see what the email said, but it didn't make sense. And since it came within one minute, I'm sure it was an auto-reply email.
Please, I would like to know the status of my order.

Great company!

I absolutely love the items I've purchased.
Service
The staff was very helpful and always tried to assure me that everything was going on well with my package. Due to the global pandemic, they had to send my order twice because the first package had stopped doing any shipping progress whatsoever - that's why my order took 2 months to arrive, but as I said, the company was very nice and answered every question I had and they also kept track of my products so that it would finally get to me.
Clothes
The clothes I've ordered are very pretty, they are made from a quite good quality (the jeans are beautiful, they look amazing on me and the shirt is very stretchy and comfy), but the sizes tend to run a bit small, so be sure to order one size up. For me, 174 cm tall and 57kg, I thought that the jeans would be longer than they actually are, but they fit well (the pants make my waist look a lot slimmer - same for the T-shirt)
Conclusion
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend buying from them!
